This company has been increasing its use of illegal full-time freelancer work instead of commiting to fair contracts with its workers, which in the day-to-day routine are treated at actual employees, but don't have the same benefits of those.
Doesn't usually offer expectations on how long these employees will be needed, and relies on them showing the next day for work.
The importance expressed about some projects doesn't always match the effort in providing means and human resources to make them happen.
Although it has a good work environment, it hasn't been doing a good job to make new colleagues feel welcome, by showing them the ropes of the job and the workplace, and introducing them to their (even if temporary) colleagues.
