Not only this, but the opportunity for growth and experience outside of a typical businesses 'siloed' role is immense. Management team is approachable and listens to concerns and criticisms. More then any other place I've worked, other employees are friendly and co-operate towards the same goal. There is no doubt at Polar Racking that the team is tightly knit, strong and dedicated.
