Contras
No flexibility in work life. No remote or hybrid work. They dont offer sick time so if your're sick it comes from your PTO balance. The benefits are half way decent they force you to fill your scripts through their pharmacy. No room for growth, the pay is horrible no raises they start off at $15-$18 whether you have experience or not. If there is a weather warning issued be prepared to still come into to work these people don't care if you die coming in. rather it's snow, ice, or hurricane conditions. as long as the building has power they expect you to come in. Lets not forget they messed up payroll and didn't pay people for a week and left us with no answers when asked questions. management never knows whats going on. PTO is accrued depending how many years you've been there. They don't listen when you voice concerns either I would not recommend
