Pathetic Company and it's operated with owner with no knowledge of branding - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Brand Services Manager na empresa Procreate Design

To be precise my tenure with Procreate Branding has nothing than worse or should I say "Awful". Don't be fooled by the positive reviews those are all fake and implemented by the owner of the company. The company is a small setup run by single owner, and he himself comes from design background but to be honest he doesn't know about designs. The company is like running Ram Bharose ...no marketing set up , no HR policies, no increment, no motivation, the owner is consistently behind your life for getting buisness and from the money earned is being utilised for his personal trips and expenses. He watches everyone from his cabin and even noted down..who have went to washroom and that too how many times...such pity ! Genuinely there is nothing one can learn here. There is no branding it's just a small packaging design firm and only Blame Game and Mental Torture. Its a purely packaging design agency with Designers. No Copy writer, No Creative Director, No Social media or TVC making, no proper marketing team
