Absolutely none. This company's leadership is horrific. Run. Run far, far, away.

R-Zero was the most toxic company I've ever worked for, and it was entirely a reflection of the CEO, Jennifer Nuckles. The culture was built around fear, loyalty to the CEO, and personal favoritism rather than trust, collaboration, or competence. Good people routinely left because the environment was exhausting and unsustainable, while those closest to leadership were rewarded regardless of impact. There was a constant sense that leadership was working against employees rather than supporting them. It was an incredibly unhealthy culture and easily the worst professional experience of my career.

Absolutely and completely nothing is a pro about working here.

It’s so funny to see the company respond to comments about their change in business strategy as if that justifies how horrific the leadership team is. You could be selling a cure for cancer and it wouldn’t mask the incompetence of both the management team and board. The reality is that they ran out of money and have no one but Bay Area leftovers remaining. Their one last sales rep who had respect finally left - to go work for an executive with real credibility (who bolted from R-Zero after less than 6 months). The other executives from R-Zero past who all bolted when the new leadership team came on board are all thriving at real companies with real success.
