No learning experience. no growth

Moderate working environment. Possible to learn new things, even when it's not your responsibility or your area of interest. If you like to work, you will be given a lot of works & you probably needs to stay office even it's weekend. So for those who only like to work, it's your heaven.

Employee needs to be alert 24/7 or whenever needed. No hope for the professionals & strong politically nasty environment. Even employees need to make business trip while in weekend, because you need to be onsite on weekdays. Balancing work & personal life is kind of impossible while you are a active worker. If you aren't working, that's also fine.
