The only thing you'll get from working here is experience and said experience is incredibly miserable.

Contras

High turnover because of the awful treatment management shows to employees. They don't care about performance or results and only care about whether or not you agree with everything they say. You're honestly better off looking for better opportunities somewhere else.

Improved communication and fact-checking processes could help prevent misunderstandings. Communication between management lacks consistency, as different managers provide varying instructions or expectations. When errors occur due to unclear or conflicting direction, responsibility is often shifted to staff. Additionally, while language differences with some fulfillment managers can occasionally create minor communication challenges, they are generally manageable depending on the person.
