      - Management is open and transparent about both successes and failures, and actively works on keeping R3 relevant. CEO & C-Suite takes the time to address concerns from any employee at monthly townhalls - People are collaborative and approachable; real startup culture - No micromanagement; large amount of autonomy, with sufficient guidance and mentorship - My manager is very supportive and nurturing of my career growth

      Contras

      - Our business model and technology area means sales cycles are typically longer than typical B2B organizations - Blockchain still nascent in many industries, so we have to get used to operating amidst uncertainty (may not be for everyone) - Some communication around organizational changes and division scopes could be clearer
