Prós

Agile, dynamic and innovative with a clear vision and strategy. A fun and exciting place to work with a huge potential to disrupt the market and more established players in the Network Intelligence domain. The organisation is inclusive and friendly, management are hands-on and listen. The CEO listed below is incorrect by the way (needs an update from somebody). Yaron Ravkaie is an industry veteran and a previous Exec from Amdocs. He is focused, involved and knows what he wants from his team.

Contras

Not as structured as large global organisations, but in a way, that's they key advantage of RADCOM. Whilst it is well established as a company, it has a start-up mentally - and can sometime lack structure. For me, that's what makes the company so interesting and enjoyable.

Small and growing company Above average Medical, Dental, Vision in terms of employee out of pocket total costs. Vacation and company holidays are disjointed internally, even disjointed externally. US employees are forced to take company holiday while those days are very important to the customer. Driven first by quality engineering, followed by capable sales teams Superior Product Design and Architecture enable highly scalable, modular solutions, increased product flexibility, significantly lower total cost of ownership, and a strong market position. New CEO with significant experience hired within 1 year. Internal belief that new NA based CEO will aggressively pursue talent and aggressiveley pursue NA Tier1 operators.

Contras

Difficult to obtain and retain top talent due to non competitive compensation policies. In the beginning stages of growing marketshare in North America Company is challenged to pursue large wins in NA. Work life balance is few and far between with most key positions in the U.S. are held by people from TelaViv where an example is set where working many many hours is the norm.
