Prós
Okay team. Remote work (or used to be). When it started, everything was great. Then you can see the team shrink and shrink and shrink. And people leaving left and right.
Contras
Intense micromanagement using screenshots on software. Back to office mandates when they said it’s always going to be remote. (They hired people from the province). Laid off teams just because managers and higher ups didn’t do well. Unstable company. Hire and layoff loop. Hiding behind KMC. Very obvious favoritism and politics. If you’re not part of the “group” then you’re on your way out. Not performance-based. Feels like a very filipino company due to sipsip culture.
