Prós

Pay about average. Okay-ish insurance.

Contras

Could be a great place to work. Unfortunately, morale is low. Trust is in low supply. Relationship between management and union/workforce has a LOT of room for improvement. There are managers who try, but it's not enough to right the ship. Holidays and vacation time are scarce. There are family members I have not seen in a year.

A empresa tem se empenhado em promover mudanças culturais e engajamento nos últimos anos, e isso já começa a se refletir em todo o país. Menor rotatividade de funcionários, maiores índices de engajamento, melhores registros de segurança e um clima organizacional mais positivo. Há um baixo nível de ego entre os líderes, e os executivos estão sempre disponíveis para os colaboradores.

Contras

A mudança às vezes é difícil. Como a empresa cresceu muito nos últimos cinco anos, está sempre em constante transformação.

Prós

The work done is meaningful. The corporate office in France seemed invested and interested in improvements.

Contras

The Chief Development Officer, Ibrahima, and the Chief People Officer, Stacy were major disappointments as leaders, co-workers, and people. They lack direction and vision, but are first to take credit for anything positive. There was no collaboration, especially from those two. I would ask for feedback, but wouldn't get a response. As long as Ibrahima is involved with Marketing, any marketer should avoid. Stacy is literally a bully. Follow the paper trail of all the people she has pushed out. These are low-quality individuals who are hampering the overall impact of an otherwise valuable organization.
