Good working relationship with other managers at the location.

Our client (DDOT) created an us against them relationship. Our regional vice president created an, us against them, relationship which caused many damage control situations for me. RATP Dev refused to hire the required number of supervisors for the maintenance department. This caused me cover the gaps caused by not having the required number of supervisors. Poor work life balance as a result of not having the required number of supervisors. general manager told me that I would have to have someone cover the gaps even though I already told her I didn't have enough supervisors to cover all the gaps. Shows a lock of understanding, complicity and support from senior management. Knee jerk reactions from the General Manager when things didn't go according to plan. I felt like the scapegoat at the end when I did was I was directed to do by the General Manager and the regional Vice President. I was denied accrued vacation time that I earned after I left. There are many other cons, but this is enough.

The local team was great.

No support from corporate or higher management. The main office was hard to connect to, provided no basis for growth, and hides information from you until they have to provide it, usually to your detriment. Overwork with no benefit is the norm.
