the company has incredible potential. The team is overall very young and ambitious and there are opportunities for growth and advancement. Overall, management has a solid understanding of the business and the company is rapidly growing and evolving into newer avenues beyond the standard buy house, fix house, sell house. Its a fun work environment with just enough rope for you to hang yourself but not too much that your left dangling.

despite being a small company, there is a strong pressure (or encouragement) to perform well at your job. While having multiple projects is exciting, it can also be overwhelming.
