If you like working full time and not making enough to cover your basic bills, while the handful of guys at the top of the company take vacations and roll into work in brand new vehicles, this is the job for you!
Contras
The management is bad at their jobs. The pay is far too low while the few guys at the top are clearly taking home way more than deserved. Management expects you to do their jobs for them while they sit around pretending to play "office job". They will completely screw up your paycheck and pretend they didn't until you stop showing up, then suddenly they will "See the mistake" and try to fix it. They are a company that won't be around too much longer. Any company actively participating in wage suppression deserves to be shut down. If it wasn't for overseas wars causing refugees to come here with little english, this company would have no staff. The turnover rate here is high and management can't seem to figure out why they can't keep people past 6 months. The perks and benefits are being cut and reduced already, the writing is on the wall, when the owner retires(hes old), this company will no longer be a company. The have been missing budget/sales targets for at least the last year.
