Being a recruiter prior to this I found that Micro management was too much. Having to get candidates approved by senior staff delayed processes, everyday needing to provide an update, lack of confidence in staff which meant regular calls to see work progress. Sometimes takes a week or two to get approval of candidates. I left because I started to hate recruitment as there is no full trust in their employees
