Prós

I've been working with RHP for over a decade. Throughout this time we've responded rapidly to sector changes and always looked outside of the housing arena for how we can be the best service provider in the country. I've progressed my career here, receiving bespoke training and earning promotions.

Contras

It’s not for everyone - we work at a fast pace and are flexible to change within our roles.

Prós

Very supportive of employees, many perks. RHP is a rapidly growing company so there are growing pains but management and HR always have an open door to address concerns. Yes, some departments have more growth positions than others but all managers I've observed are fair and supportive. Pay and benefits are good from my vantage point of view.

Contras

With all growing companies, there are growing pains. A department may become overloaded while RHP adjusts to bring in more people. Nature of the double-edged sword. In my seven years there, I've seen nothing more effort to support employees.

Good coaching, support, flexibility, regular raises

Contras

They could standardize their "promote from within" policy. Some managers are great about it, others not so much.
