I've been working at RHP for 7 years which have been the most fulfilling 7 years of my career. I haven't looked back. Learning and development opportunities are excellent; RHP have supported my professional development by funding a diploma. There are always opportunities to develop your role. Typically people are encouraged to be brave and are trusted to make the right decisions. Employees work very hard but their wellbeing is taken very seriously. RHP offer a huge variety of employee benefits including a generous holiday allowance. The culture is geared towards the right work-life balance. Flexible working is very much the norm, where outcomes outweigh old-fashioned presenteeism.
Contras
The environment can be quite fast paced and changing which sometimes results in trying to do too many things poorly as opposed to a few things really well. Parking is limited to street parking which can be frustrating if you need a car to commute.
