      Prós

      You gets hand-on assignments. You sometimes handle work directly for big brand names. Plus, it is a supportive environment, where everyone is hard-working, easy-going and motivated. Finally, there is lots & lots to learn, as you are encouraged to assist various departments in the team. This is extremely beneficial for interns who are nailing down what they want to do and are able to try out different things.

      Contras

      We are a small company with a yearn for growing. The culture is not as inclusive and diverse, but the outlook is positive and it shall grows with the company.

      I think our team is the best around. The depth of skills and variety of talent is truly unique. I also think it's an awful lot of fun

      For me, the culture I’ve experienced at RIVE is a perfect balance between working hard and having fun. It's a place you get excited to work at everyday. Everyone here is motivated to grow this company and elevate the quality of the work we do to new heights. You are encouraged to push yourself and step outside of your comfort zone, knowing you have a team that has your back. There is plenty of opportunity for personal growth here but the real opportunity is helping grow this company with a great team.
