Most of the staff is very warm and friendly.
Enjoyed how they were all about giving back to the community.
They do try to be there for their employees unless you are not part of their clique.
They have good health insurance.
Contras
A lot of favoritism.
The owners are fairly new to management and are learning how to grow their business.
Training at times is a joke.
They do talk about having grace for one another, but when a new hire does mess up they at times do not take the time to ensure proper training was done and will term. That being said, Texas is an at will state.
