Nepotism, Nepotism, Nepotism!!!
Promote incompetence. Terrible Senior, and Middle management, Low raise if you get a raise. Too many people acting as management. Bid too many jobs and do not have the staff to get the job done. Management lies and promotes a family type of environment. Does not listen to employees pleas for help.
I know of one employee who was told by his/her manager they have to worry about getting their kid healthy before they would be up for a promotion. Micromanaging is a huge problem. Managers operate by pressure, not by inspiration nor support. Obedience is preferred to loyalty.
