My project depended on external funding over which the company had no control.

The product created at RMD is state of the art and made of the finest components. Management provides what is necessary to do the job right. I required some accommodations and they were provided promptly. Employees are expected to be professional and are treated as such. It was a real growth experience working there I will never forget. I was always paid on time.

RMD is a very small startup and has some of the problem associated therewith cannot be avoided. The company is sensitive to fluctuations in cash-flow. When my project was completed I was laid off abruptly. I had been hoping to stay around for follow-on projects.
