Prós

They pay on time. That is the only positive thing I can say about them.

Contras

Toxic environment, mismanagement, Boss, his brother and wife, and their typical seth culture. If you are about to join the RNS Solutions then keep in mind that they monitor each and every second of your privacy, everything is CCTV monitored and if you talk to a colleague for 5 minutes the Boss's brother will come and explain that you are wasting time, Working with RNS is like working in a jail. The boss and his brother are too nosy and want to manage everything on their own, No department head can approve the leave, not even the HR, the boss himself approves the leaves (if you are very lucky) I will never join such a place even if they pay me twice of what the paid me before. If you are about to join, please ask about the leave policy and CCTV monitoring in your interview.

Worst work life balance. Micromanagement in every single thing. No leave unless you're literally dying. Leaves are only approved by CEO matter if you are junior or senior. No one else can approve your leave, not even your team lead or HR. If you are 10 minutes late they will call you but late sitting for 1-2 hours is normal. No team building. Only toxic culture due to toxic CEO and CTO. CEO looks very nice from outside but he will literally abuse you if you make a small mistake. HR department only works for CEO and not for employees. You are monitored all the time via CCTVs which are everywhere except washrooms.
