- Leadership (CEO/Wife) pretend that everything they do is for the employees but blatantly ignore employee requests, issues, needs and wants - Pay talented software engineers and other employees $50k in San Diego (which is illegal - $64,480 is the minimum salary for all in CA) - Accept intolerable behavior by staff with no consequences (emotional harassment, public outbursts, cursing)

You'll have the opportunity to work independently and will be largely self-directed. It's good for the self-starter who is looking to have new professional experiences.

Contras

The CEO is one of the most dishonest people I've ever met. Most of the things I was told in the recruiting phase that attracted me to Rosalind ended up being untrue. The software platform has a lot of problems and there doesn't seem to be the proper organizational resources nor strategic direction to fix it. Additionally, the company has a forfeited status with the FTB in the state of California for failure to file taxes (look for yourself by doing a business search on the California Secretary of State website) and I'm personally aware of active collections against the company at the time of this writing (June 2024). The company has no dedicated personnel for HR, finance, nor marketing, which should raise some serious red flags about the health and values of the organization.
