If you ever decide to work here just know that you will be burnt out. Prepare to work long hours, nights and sometimes weekends just to meet their unrealistic deliverables and timelines. My department was always short staffed and they didn't care but proceeded to layoff more people. Only certain people's opinion mattered more than anyone elses. All the attention and opportunities went to specific people. It's hard to work when leadership plays favorites and punishes those who don't play well with their favorites. I'm glad I left.
