Great Benefits, Pay Good, Good hours
Contras
Training and onboarding were minimal, which made it difficult to succeed early on. Mistakes weren’t treated as learning opportunities, and there was little meaningful feedback provided. It felt like expectations were high from day one, but the support structure didn’t match.
At times, internal communication from leadership and HR came across as unprofessional, particularly when discussing negatively about coworkers or former employees, which felt highly unprofessional and toxic. This kind of environment can erode trust and morale quickly.
My departure from the company felt impersonal and abrupt. The termination process lacked empathy, and I didn’t feel like I was treated with dignity, despite no record of misconduct or policy issues.
