Just about everything is terrible here: company outlook is propped up by a lot of fluff and nonsense. "Tech-first" claims are hollow - AI is completely decimating the technology base at the company. It isn't just RWS, it's the whole industry. Good employees are finding work elsewhere. Critical workers are being let go. Pay is extremely low for the value. Bonuses are suspended. Commission plans are a disaster or not even available. Morale is at an all-time low. Leadership members are flat out cruel. The plane isn't finished being built, it's flying through a hurricane, the engines are on fire, the flight attendants are jumping out the windows and the passengers are being tossed out the back. If you see this bird pull up to your gate, DO NOT GET ON!!!
