She's easily accessible to all employees, understands importance of employees and gives them priority. CEO is very focused on company's growth and is a role model for dedication and perseverance. Overall a great start-up to work where one gets ample opportunities to gain knowledge and learning for building a foundation for successful career. Definitely not a place for folks who are not willing to stretch themselves for achieving results and who don't take pride in owning the product quality and timelines.
