Great learning environment Direct involvement in project and interaction with client. Flat hierarchy, direct reporting to head of the company having wide experience in this field. Great work-life balance. Flexibility in work timings. There is no issue of salary for well performing engineers and increment is also quite high compared to other companies

Management is somewhat lacking. Less number of experienced engineers.

There is a lot of learning opportunity as the this company is a startup just 1a year old.

The office timing is a bit more. Moreover there is no Bonus or PF advantage as compared to other well established companies.
