Smart, fun people. Rally really does attract some great employees. High trust in executive team. They are open and transparent about company progress. Good benefits. Flex time, ability to work from home.
Contras
There is a lot of hype around the company culture that I think is no longer true. It used to be, but with the high-growth in the last year or so, it's going downhill. No longer compensates for skimping on pay and vacation. There is just mass chaos on the customer-facing side of the business and people are leaving left and right. The work environment is intense, taxing, and unappreciative. They want more and more from people with fewer and fewer resources. The shift has moved from a great company with great people and a great product to taking the business to the next level at whatever cost.
