- Senior management is horribly disorganized, wildly unprofessional, deeply uninspiring, and ethically questionable. -Young professionals are treated poorly, taken advantage of, and ultimately not equipped to succeed in either their assigned tasks/projects or their chosen careers. - The work environment is extremely high-stress, despite producing extremely low-quality deliverables. - Extreme micromanagement and zero autonomy/respect for young professionals. - The company’s commitment to its values seems extremely shallow, as it presents itself as a sustainability oriented firm while primarily engaging with the most notoriously unsustainable companies on the planet.
