Toxic work environment. When you have to take emergency medical leaves you have to send them a medical certificate two days before. They use time tracking software and count each click and keystroke and review only that. You have to work 48 hours a week and at $950 per month. Other than that, they never take into consideration the quality of customer support but they always look for quantity.
