- Paid over the real living wage - Paid above market rate for a Receptionist - Get the hours you are contracted, and managers rarely change the shifts on short notice - Get paid breaks - Easy to book holidays and take sick leave - Although you are not paid on the first day of sickness, you will receive pay for every other subsequent day you are sick. (This may change due to new UK laws) - Given a lot of training before starting. I was giving one full week of training for 9 hours a day. - Multiple areas to progress in your career through the programmes and training you can sign up for in the company - Are given one-on-one meetings with your manager each month to work on your goals or pass along feedback for improvement.

Contras

- Trying to reach other departments, like pension, is hard because they do not respond.

Job is easy. I liked my planning team. Working at Capital One Campus was amazing

Contras

Constant HR problems. Leadership was always hesitant to act against our hostile work environment. Complaints were not taken seriously. Terrible time off, no flexibility on work from home days. Coworkers would come in sick because we had no option to WFH. Constant policy changes - started out as Hybrid for 2 days a week, every year they added on more days without changing our pay.
