Prós

Full time remote, communication is very clear across the company. I enjoy getting to do work both with the community and as an advocate so this is a great meeting point of both passions.

Contras

Things change fast here, and if you're unprepared for them to do so it can be jarring.

Flexible Work/Life Balance Work From Home For the most part, co-workers are all friendly and try to be helpful

Zero growth opportunity, if you want to be at a company for a long time Raptive is not the place. VERY poor management - When receiving feedback during year end review, no specifics on HOW or WHAT to do to improve was given. Just the generic, you know do better, try harder, do more... Unobtainable goals/expectations - Management will set unachievable goals to overwork employees and when they can't be met they have an excuse to fire people. No Learning or Growth Opportunity - They do not offer any sort of mentorship or learning programs, if you want to advance you need to seek out opportunities to grow outside the company. Best advice is CYA, they will lay you off or fire you so take notes on everything. They only care about the bottom line, very short sighted approach. No one in a VP or SVP role has any idea what they are doing. High Turnover Rate - 50%+ over a two year period. Except VP and up.
