Exceptional Workplace!!! Great Culture!!! Innovative & Entrepreneurial Leadership The company provided opportunity and platform to the entire workforce regardless of there positions in the company. Constantly made efforts to ensure the environment is challenging and provides learning opportunities. This has been achieved by having a great Organizational structure in the company. The Leadership team was always focused on the vision of the company and in the process drove great innovations and products. They always kept great transparency with all the employees which in turn resulted into great productivity and efficiency. The entire company worked with same vision and objective. Razorsight also had a great performance review process and was followed diligently every year without a miss. It was ensured that all the employees were fairly evaluated and awarded accordingly based on there performance. All in All great company to work for!!!

Contras

To be very honest cannot think of any major Cons other than very few things to look into. Again nothing substantial to be worried about

Exciting environment with a solution that answers many needs in the market.

Contras

The leadership leaves a lot to be desired. There is terrible communication throughout the office (and there is only a handful of people in the office). There also seems to be a lack of morality from the leadership. The product addresses needs in a shrinking market and unless it changes to address needs in other areas, it won't succeed. The problem there is the lack of direction to evolve the product. They start and change direction so many times that it isn't able to truly evolve. The best thing they did was purchase other products because building them is next to impossible.
