people are young and fun, dress code is relaxed
Contras
very stingy about pay raises/ promotions. company apparently is not doing well, as they took away AWS for 2016 and increment for 2017, but management team can still travel overseas for their annual getaway/management meeting. CEO travels with his wife in first class every couple months but everyone working under him suffers. the boss in some depts have a target appraisal score in mind already, everyone is supposed to fall in that range- it doesnt matter how hard we work, we will never hit higher than a certain percentage for a promotion. very discouraging style, and makes no sense. You have nowhere to grow in this company.
