Prós

None at all. People are nice but they are suffering and leaving

Contras

Lack of competent leadership. Constant changes to executive team and leadership levels everywhere causing chaos and distraction for those of us trying to do some actual work. the return to office has been handled so badly. We are being treated like warehouse workers not professional engineers. Clocking in and out of the office, having to submit a ticket to a faceless helpdesk for a multi layer approval. Being asked to explain why you weren't in the office on one of your allocated in office days. It's a waste of time and insulting. Managers are all complaining about it too - they can't make any difference and just sympathise when we tell them how upset we are. the HR team are miserable and loads of them are leaving so we don't have anyone to talk to about it. Morale is at an all time low. But then communications come out saying how successful the return to office has been and how wonderful it is. It's not going well, it has made no positive impact, our feedback is not listened to and we do not need some corporate word soup filling up our inboxes. I'm going to leave. Everyone in my team is talking about leaving and openly sharing job leads and recruiter contacts

In my experience, the work environment is negatively critical, and feedback often felt focused on mistakes rather than development. Upper management did not appear to encourage open and honest discussion, making it difficult to raise concerns or share ideas. Compensation seemed below market rates compared to similar roles in the industry. Over time, morale appeared to decline, and many employees became disengaged and less confident in their work. Several talented colleagues left during my time there, and turnover seemed consistently high.
