In the Large Format Production Facility where I worked, the team was excellent, with great collaborative efforts, and a generally fun and uplifting work environment made my time here worthwhile. Being apart of a smaller team gave opportunity to do a variety of production processes. I was also able to pick what machines I wanted to learn, and felt the door was open for me to step in and even take charge of the processes of production I gravitated toward naturally. The team are all dedicated problem solvers and work to create solutions best suited for both the team and the clients we are serving.

There can be a tendency toward "to many cooks in the kitchen", and strong personalities can cause tension between and within the team and management. The work can be tedious. Not really an issue, but just know what you are getting into with print production, there isn't always variety with the process. So if you like the process there shouldn't be any issues. There are sometimes sweeping managerial decisions that come from different parts of the leadership team. They can have differing views on how something can be done, and the whiplash of going back and forth can be a headache.
