      The organization is on the right track in terms of growth, continuing to add marquee clients quarter-over-quarter. The team is very knowledgeable and promotes personal career growth through an enviable support mechanism. The members of the management team are subject matter experts in their own respective fields and continue to lead the company on an upward trajectory. All in all a great place to hone your skills and grow while you have fun doing it.

      Location is north of the city, but the pros outweigh the cons by a mile.

      Great colleagues, honestly 95% of the people there are great. IT, Support, QA, Marketing, Dev are incredible and hard working people it was an absolute pleasure to work with.

      Contras

      Be prepared to be belittled by management, they juggle so much on their plate that they will order you to do one thing one day, the next day question why on earth you did it.. customer success isn't customer success at RSI its data entry.. a lot and a lot of data entry. No room for growth.. Micromanagement to the extreme!
