Quite a disappointing company - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Kitchen Staff na empresa Revera

Made many promises to the team that were not held. All hourly staff start out paid the same no mattwr their experience level. This company cares more about profit and caring for the shareholders instead of the residents & front line staff. Our building is a facade of upscale senior living with constant building issues. Severly understaffed to a point where if a single person calls in sick, the entire department falls apart. Managers do not step up to help. The managers work monday- friday and only until 5pm. They do not stay to oversee evening meal services which is very alarming. Residents must wait until the next morning for all complaints. I'm personally disgusted by how poorly things are handled by the donuts that are running this operation.
