All throughout my application with them it is clear they want to control the whole situation and not let me have a say on the terms I want when it comes to my employment. They have been calling non stop like 8 times 30 mins before the interviews. They have been very quick to the hiring process and when I passed the technical interview and what's left is the salary negotiation, It seems like they really want to lowblow me not until I shown them a proof of the first salary range that they were offering me that is significantly higher than they claim that "I am asking for". In the end they give the amount I want. They asked for onboarding documents that I needed to complete within 2 days which I have provided since they said that the post is urgent. However, upon signing a contract, "coincidently" the project had some issues and want to put my employment on hold. After days of waiting, HR finally said, I should just try to look for other opportunities. All that for a complete waste of time. Honestly, after everything that happened, it looked like they just mined for my data which I read is frequent in job sites Also to add, all throughout I just kept getting a bad feeling about them. When I did some research, there were not a lot of information about them. Sketchy as fuuu

It was an interesting company onboarding session and supportive colleagues.

The company direction was okay initially during my tenure and it becomes quite hectic on the later part that is heavily focus on recruitment KPI.
