Contras
1. Poor and inexperienced Project Management team. They lack product knowledge and are unaware of industry best practices. 2. Salaries are never on time and mostly unpaid. 3. No proper HR practices and no one takes responsibility for any thing related to employees such as queries, grievances etc. 4. More than 10 employees have been cheated by the Company. Salaries and final settlement were not given and most of them had to leave Dubai. 5. Couple of employees have filed labour court cases against them in Dubai and that is not good. 6. Very bad reputation in the market among vendors and partners due to frauds and mal- practices. 7. New projects are picked up by lying to giving false hopes and promises to customers. Most of the existing projects are either doomed or in the verge of wreckage.
