Pay, benefits, and a poor set of tools to complete the job. There is no one scheduling program instead, there's six different websites needed to schedule one ride. People are paid for their time. When you take up more time, pay employees more money.

Unless youre hired into a leadership position, this is truly a pass through company. Expect no raise ever but you will be given a plethora of additional responsibilities.

Contras

Morale is low. If not leadership you are treated as if & straight up told you are disposable.
