If you cannot find a position anywhere else, then you might consider working here, although Walmart is still probably a better option.
Contras
Horrible benefits. The health insurance is so expensive that nobody carries it. They have no retirement plan, not even a 401K. Their "team" does nothing to support the floor staff taking care of residents at their facilities. Can't seem to hire an administrator who actually has hands on health care experience, so they rely on people who have been marketers to run their facility. Their main management tools seem to be anger and intimidation. They fired one administrator at our for being a bully and hired another one who is as bad or worse because this person has less experience and still resorts to angry recriminations when things don't go the way this person wants. Very few moments of Joy, Independence and Wellness at our facility, especially when the bills aren't being paid and vendors are cutting off supplies.
