Company Culture and Dynamics There are many young talents, making it easy to integrate and connect. Employee Wellbeing Employee wellbeing is thoughtfully prioritised i.e. monthly staff treats, hr-led engagement activities (something not very common in other similar scale companies). The HR team is professional, friendly, and approachable from the very first point of contact, even before joining, and continues to be supportive throughout the employment journey. They listen to feedback and actively provide support & solutions. Management and Leadership Management consists of a mix of experienced and younger leaders, offering two complementary leadership styles. Learnt from the experience of senior leaders while being trusted and empowered by younger leaders to trial and implement new ideas. Both approaches are equally essential and work well together.

- Not much processes in place but this also gives people an opportunity to come in to bridge the gap and more room for growth. - Communication within teams and across departments could be improved. - There is room to improve efficiency while maintaining work-life balance. - A more preventive approach, rather than a reactive or intervention-based system, could be adopted.
