High expectations for low pay. Lots of favoritism/nepotism. Archaic disciplinary and performance review procedures. Most of the c-suite executives are white, when it is an organization that is meant to be fighting institutionalized racism. Certain people in the organization enjoy the benefits of high salaries and regular increases, while everyone else is left to struggle, especially direct care staff.
