You get the chance to learn a lot, especially if you're just starting in this field. The leadership team is approachable, and they do listen to your feedback, which is nice. The pay is decent for the role, and the benefits are good too.

The work can sometimes feel a bit repetitive, and the workload can get heavy depending on the time of year. Also, there could be more opportunities for career growth. It feels like there are certain roles that don’t get as much recognition, even though they contribute a lot.
