Burn out - Avaliação de funcionários no cargo de Library Associate II na empresa Riverside County Library System

RCLS is owned (?) by a third party, LSSI and they are running us into the ground. There's no consideration for individual branches and branch issues. They're cutting people like crazy (managers and employees) and making some manage two branches instead of one manager per branch and as you can imagine it hurts its employees.
