- Colleagues are friendly and genuinely lovely to work with. - Some flexible working to a degree which supports parents and those who have busy lives to juggle. - Car parking is free, although its about a 15 minute walk. - Canteen is subsidised and lovely staff. There is a good choice. - Free tea and coffee - which is a perk.
Contras
- There is sadly a bullying culture - where people are not respected for their ability and often this is through incompetence of their very own leadership skills. - The HR team seem to be trying to 'find themselves' and work out who they are and where they are going every month. No direction and managers clueless about what is going on in the bigger corp world. Which is affecting the service levels for new people entering the business who expect something different. - Recognition of colleagues is not their strength - senior managers place value on their leaders not the ones who actually do the graft.
