Excellent colleagues who are always eager to help and collaborate. The company remains remote-first, which is a breath of fresh air compared to many companies mandating hybrid or RTO. Lots of opportunities to take ownership, learn and make an impact. The culture rewards initiative and doesn't punish experimentation, which is exactly what you want to see at this stage.

It would be great if teams could get together more often in person - currently we have offsites around once per year.

Rockerbox is full of imperfect people who are living the company values daily. We are a fast-paced startup, but we're doing our best to make the right decisions to help each other be successful. During my tenure we've grown through some difficult times, ad it's been great to watch the team support each other as we grow.

We can get in our own way, but leadership is actively working on overcoming obstacles and making better decisions faster.
