Prós

One of the best experiences I've had in my professional life, is working at Roddmann. I cannot express my satisfaction in a few sentences until you've seen it with yourself. Company does not only hire people to get the work done, rather a constant and well planned structure is in place for the employees to educate and train them in the up-to-date(s) in order to maximize the utility of their employees. In November 2013, company implemented paper-less work place infrastructure, and now uses only 2% paper for its activities. People at Roddmann are very friendly, cooperative and compassionate, along with the management all in all i had the best two year work experience at Roddmann.

Contras

Cant say I didn't have problems at Roddmann, but they were resolved within reason.

Prós

Great working environment, professional people, learnt a lot, great mentality of personnel, very interactive team experience, very team driven work place. Automated work and reporting system allows to operate with very little administrative overhead (time sheets, status reports) to get in the way of productively achieving goals; management supports and encourage to learn and do things independently as well. One thing that intrigued me the most was that company allows a specific amount of time and resources to our technical personnel to work on a project of their choosing.

Contras

Work and personal life balance can be a challenge as there are always more things to do.
